Having experience of computers is a much sought-after skill in the job market: according to www.e-skills.com “around 92% of jobs advertised require IT user skills.” The ITQ course is nationally recognised and covers the Microsoft Office package: data-entry, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, publishing, web design and image manipulation. We teach levels 1 and 2 which comprise 7 units (the latter is equivalent to a GCSE). Upon completion of this course you, our client, will be given a certificate from AQA (the examining body) which you will be able to use as proof of your new skill. As many jobs are computer-based, this course will stand you in good stead to apply for basic administration roles.
