Our client services department consists of two advisers and two administrators, who cover:

  • Additional training
  • Self-confidence issues
  • Job searches
  • Application forms
  • Compiling CVs
  • Writing covering letters
  • Career prospects
  • Interview techniques
  • Professional conduct
  • Signposting to other organisations

Reviews are completed every four months using the Recovery Star which helps monitor a client's progress in their personal development, health and journey through Oakleaf. If they are not happy with their first choice of department, there is always an option to change to another and increase the number of days attended, although this is subject to any waiting lists.
