Fundraising
Supporting a charity such as Oakleaf can provide significant benefits to your organisation as well as to our clients. At the same time as providing excellent PR opportunities, it helps towards your organisation’s CSR policies, helps to maintain good staff relations, boosts morale and, depending on the activity, can also provide team-building opportunities.
Depending on what your business does, you could:
- Organise a fun staff activity such as a themed dress day, or sporting or social event;
- Add a fundraising activity to a staff training day;
- Add a small (voluntary) amount to each customer’s bill as a donation to Oakleaf;
- Organise a fashion show;
- Or even just display collection boxes around your premises.
Whatever you decide to do, please let us know and we can provide literature and, where appropriate, personal support to help your event or activity along.
Please contact Rhian for more information.
Whether your organisation is a faith group, a sports or social club, an arts society, a school or college, raising money can be anything from displaying collection boxes to organising an event or a series of events which enable people to have fun and enjoy themselves. Whatever you do will be hugely appreciated by us and our clients.
Your organisation could arrange:
- a fete, a tournament or exhibition;
- a concert;
- a raffle or collection
Whatever you decide to do, please let us know and we can provide literature and, where appropriate, personal support to help your fundraising along.

Raising money as an individual or with friends can bring a real purpose to doing something that you enjoy doing anyway or something that presents a challenge that you would like to undertake.
You could organise:
- A coffee morning or lunch with friends;
- A themed party;
- A raffle or games at a celebration event;
- A sporting event with friends – golf, tennis, football;
- A pamper or cookery demonstration evening;
- To take part in a sporting or fitness challenge.
Alternatively, you could support us by buying products from hundreds of companies such as Amazon, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, and John Lewis through this link. We get a percentage of what you spend at absolutely no cost to you.
Whatever you decide to do, please let us know and we can provide you with supporting materials and personal support, where appropriate, to help you along. Contact Tess.
