We are excited to announce that we have a Couch to 5k Course starting in May. This 9 week course is suitable of people of all levels and follows a structured programme aimed at improving fitness.

As the weather gets nicer it is the perfect opportunity to get your trainers on and get outside in the sunshine!

 

The group will be ran by a qualified running teacher and is expected to be popular so please book your space through client services to avoid disappointment.
