Chilworth Manor Picnic & Pimms

The sun was shining and the Pimms’ was flowing. Oakleaf was honoured to be the beneficiary of Chilworth Manor’s Picnic and Pimms’ event on Saturday 20th July. With performances from Lady Luck and Sound Wave the 500 guests danced the night away in the stunning walled gardens of Chilworth Manor. The Oakleaf team was out in full force, with volunteers ensuring that the evening ran smoothly. Our CEO Clive Stone was given a Rockstar reception from the audience as he encouraged greater mental health awareness and the impact the evening’s fundraising would have on our cause. The evening generated a staggering £17,500 – allowing Oakleaf to support hundreds of vulnerable adults in Surrey to manage their mental ill health. We would like to say a huge thank you to the Wrigley Family for their generosity and for throwing what felt like one incredible party for Oakleaf!
