Thank you for your interest in this position and in Oakleaf.
We’re looking for an individual with a proven background and experience of project management and the delivery of services, who will ideally have knowledge of mental health services and experience of working with vulnerable adults. Developing new programme opportunities is also of importance as is the ongoing management of existing projects. An understanding of support available across Surrey would be of value (but not essential).
This is an interesting and stimulating opportunity to play a crucial role in a supportive and collaborative client services team. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing all client facing activities. These include: an Employment Project, Counselling Service, a wide range of Wellbeing Services, Bridge the Gap and our two Safe Havens. In this role, you will be encouraged to use your experience and skills to guide and support the teams delivering front line services to our client, creating an atmosphere of empathy and empowerment, thereby improving the lives of hundreds of adults across Surrey.
Hours: 36 hours per week (min 40% office, 60% home)
