This series of New Thoughts workshops focuses on communication and assertiveness. Many people can find that they feel low, anxious, stressed and have low self-esteem as they find it challenging to get their point across and have their needs met from the relationships they have around them.
New Thoughts are one hour online workshops with Peter, a CBT Therapist, where you can learn about some tools that can help you learn how to express your needs to others in the most effective ways. Come along and find out some tools to add to your emotional wellbeing toolkit.
