It is an online 6-week course, starting at 10 am to 11 am on Wednesday. The self-care group can be described as a peer support group for individuals actively seeking to improve their mental well-being through trying new tools and techniques. Sessions include being introduced to new tools, discussions with others with similar experiences and reflection on lifestyle and daily practices of self-care.
