4pm-5.15pm, our Yoga class takes place online and in-person. There are many physical benefits of Yoga, including improved strength, flexibility and balance. Not only does it improve our physical health, it also improves our mental health. Yoga enables us to be present, relaxing our mind and creating a sense of clarity and calmess.
