Who we help

To become a client you must be an adult of working age (16–67) and interested in:

Developing work-related skills
Reducing isolation
Participating in activities to gain confidence and skills
Looking after your mental health and wellbeing

We Are Here To Help

Whilst you do not need a formal diagnosis to access our services, many of our clients are suffering from (but are not limited to) some of the mental health conditions listed here.

There is a greater chance of recovery for those who seek help at the earliest opportunity and so we have no minimum threshold of need, everyone who needs support is welcome.

We are here to help you through this difficult time, to help you feel less isolated and more confident, whilst helping you secure the skills you need to get back into work.
