DESCRIPTION:10:00m-11:00am \nJoin Kate in learning about the different challenges and experiences people face and how to manage these difficulties. This course will run for 6 weeks\, and we will explore positive thinking\, low mood\, anxiety and fear\, anger\, self-esteem\, managing triggers\, and difficult emotions. This will be done through psychoeducation. \nPsychoeducation is a therapeutic intervention that provides education and information to people with mental health conditions. It helps them to understand and cope with their illness\, improving their mental health and well-being.

We’ve been informed that if there is no parking available on site\, you can use the Tesco car park. However\, please make sure to inform their staff members at customer services.
