DESCRIPTION:10:00am-12:00pm \nThis weekly drop-in service will provide clients with advice and support from all things money to health and wellbeing. The drop-in will be open for four hours each week and take place at our offices in Walnut Tree Close. There will be space available to allow for any confidential conversations. \nWe will offer clients a follow-up check-in call\, if needed\, to make sure they receive the help and support applied for. \nNo appointment is needed\, just turn up! \nDuring the drop-in this space is also a warm safe place for all clients to meet\, relax and stay and enjoy some hot food \n

Yoga for All is suitable for all levels of experience from total beginner upwards with optional challenges for the more experienced. The classes have a strong focus on mindfulness\, body awareness and core strength. If you have any injuries or are unsure whether this class is suitable for you please contact Oakleaf. \nWhat to bring: wear loose\, comfortable clothing that allows you to move without  restriction (tracksuit bottoms/leggings ideal)\, if you have a yoga mat please bring with you. \n
