DESCRIPTION:Create your own event. Make a difference. \nOR purchase their own ticket for a challenge (Battersea ½ marathon\, Everest Trek) in support of Oakleaf. They will need to purchase their own tickets with the organisers in order to do so. \nWhether you’re running a marathon\, climbing a mountain\, hosting a quiz night or baking your way to your fundraising goal—we’d love to have you as part of #TeamOakleaf. \nThis year\, we’re encouraging supporters to take on personal challenges to raise vital funds for mental health support. Whatever you choose to do\, your efforts help us provide counselling\, employment support and wellbeing activities to those who need it most. \nIf you don’t want to set up your own fundraising event\, but still want to support Oakleaf\, you can purchase your own event tickets with external organisers and raise money for our charity that way.   \nOur team is here to support you every step of the way with resources and encouragement. \nTell us what you’re planning! DESCRIPTION:We need your help to ensure people are not alone in the challenges they’re facing this winter. Help give those who might be struggling the support they need\, when they need it most: \n1) Choose a day: This might be your office Christmas party\, a festive lunch with family or friends\, or a meal at home in December. \n2) Sign up to Oakleaf’s Festive Jumper Fundraiser: Email Chris: chriscrooker@oakleaf-enterprise.org \n3) Donate £2 (or more if you’d like)\, which will go to Oakleaf’s mental health\, employment and wellbeing support for local people. \n4) Choose a jumper: This might be your favourite Christmas jumper\, or if you don’t have one it could be a red jumper or red item of clothing to represent Oakleaf’s brand colours\n(Please note\, we do not encourage purchasing new Christmas jumpers for this occasion.) \n5) Take photos: While wearing your jumper or red item of clothing\, take a photo of yourself\, with a group of colleagues\, friends or family\, or with a much-loved pet and send it to us to feature on Oakleaf’s social media. \nDon’t fancy a jumper? Donate to Oakleaf and help make sure that all those who need support over the festive period receive it.
