DESCRIPTION:  \nIn conjunction with our headline sponsor\, Kelly’s Storage\, we are delighted to invite you to a relaxed and entertaining Wine Tasting Evening in support of Oakleaf.  \nTaking place on Thursday 21st May 2026\, 6:30pm – 10pm at Seasons Cafe\, Guildford Cathedral\, GU2 7UP.  \n\n\n\n\n\nThe evening will begin with a sparkling drinks reception\, followed by a guided tasting of four carefully selected wines paired with antipasti sharing boards. Our WSET Diploma-qualified host will lead a relaxed and interactive tasting\, sharing insights and stories behind each wine.Explore the “Jewels of the Mediterranean” as we journey through France\, Italy and Spain\, discovering some of Europe’s finest wine regions. Hosted by the Community Matters Partnership (CMP)\, this fun\, family-friendly event is a unique chance to walk\, run\, cycle\, scoot\, or even skateboard along the airstrip at Blackbushe Airport – once the flights have stopped for the day! \nSince its launch in 2010\, participants have collectively covered an incredible 323\,000 km – that’s 200\,000 miles\, or eight times around the world – all in support of local charities like Oakleaf. \nWhat to Expect\n📅 Date: Saturday 12th September 2026⏰ Time: Gates open at 4:00 pm | Challenge starts at 5:15 pm📍 Location: Blackbushe Airport\, Camberley\, GU17 9LQ🏃 Distances: 3K\, 5K\, or 10K – your way! With chip timing\, a fully marked course\, a fabulous medal and full medical support\, it’s a true race-day experience – just with a unique twist. \nThe course weaves through vineyards and across the North Downs\, offering spectacular views and a famously challenging route.
