The goal is to bring colleagues together for meaningful conversations about mental health while raising vital funds for Oakleaf. \n\n\n\nDate: Anytime\nTime: 9:30 AM – 10.30 AM (or a time of your preference)\nLocation: Your Workplace (or virtual) \nWhat’s Included: \n\nGuided De-stress Relaxation Session: Enjoy a recorded 30-minute guided de-stress relaxation session with Amanda Weller.\nCups & Conversations Welcome Pack: This toolkit includes discussion prompts\, mental health tips\, activities and stories from Oakleaf clients to inspire meaningful conversations.\n\nCost to take part: £5 per business or group\, which includes the pack and guided relaxation. \nYou can also purchase exclusive Oakleaf-Branded Coffee\, created in partnership with the Cotswold Coffee Collective\, with 10% of proceeds going to Oakleaf. \nWe encourage donations at your Cups & Conversations event by setting up a Just Giving page\, which will fund Oakleaf’s mental health support locally. For example: \n\n£5 could fund administration expenses for a counselling session\n£10 could fund a week of art supplies for our weekly art classes\n£25 could fund a fitness class with an experienced\, certified trainer. These classes help Oakleaf clients to rebuild their lives with a stronger sense of wellbeing.\n\nAll funds raised will go towards supporting hundreds of individuals who are managing their mental health in Surrey. \nLet’s come together over coffee\, share our experiences\, and make a difference! DESCRIPTION:Oakleaf is delighted to have secured spaces for the renowned London Marathon 2026\, taking place on Sunday 26th April 2026. \nYou have the opportunity to take on one of the most well-known races in the world in aid of Oakleaf. The London Marathon first took place in 1981 and has become one of the most popular marathon in the world. The route takes in many of London’s iconic landmarks including Buckingham Palace\, The Cutty Sark\, Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf. DESCRIPTION:  \nIn conjunction with our headline sponsor\, Kelly’s Storage\, we are delighted to invite you to a relaxed and entertaining Wine Tasting Evening in support of Oakleaf.  \nTaking place on Thursday 21st May 2026\, 6:30pm – 10pm at Seasons Cafe\, Guildford Cathedral\, GU2 7UP.  \n\n\n\n\n\nThe evening will begin with a sparkling drinks reception\, followed by a guided tasting of four carefully selected wines paired with antipasti sharing boards. Our WSET Diploma-qualified host will lead a relaxed and interactive tasting\, sharing insights and stories behind each wine.Explore the “Jewels of the Mediterranean” as we journey through France\, Italy and Spain\, discovering some of Europe’s finest wine regions.
