Yoga at Oakleaf

Our very successful yoga classes at Oakleaf will now be held every Tuesday at 10am!

Come along and see what all the fuss is about! You will need to wear clothes that aren’t too restricting, and bring your own yoga mat (if you have one). 

Yoga is very good exercise for both the body and mind, and involves gentle stretching and breathing exercises. Beginners are welcome!
