This new activity is a combination of strength, flexibility and balance exercises, with a focus on alignment and posture. A chance to relax at the end of each session with a guided relaxation technique. Clients must be happy both lying down and standing with transitions between the two. We recommend using yoga blocks or cushions and a blanket.
Some of the benefits of practicing stretching and relaxation include improving flexibility, reducing muscle tension, supporting better posture, reducing stress and boosting overall wellbeing.
