How Do I Become A Client

To become a client, you must be 16+ and interested in developing work-related skills, reducing isolation, building confidence, or improving mental well-being. A referral is required – you can either self-refer or ask someone to complete this on your behalf; please find the forms below.

After receiving your referral, we’ll invite you to a welcome meeting to discuss how we can support you. Our experienced staff understand that you may feel nervous. You’ll be assigned a Client Services Advisor to guide you through your journey at Oakleaf, with regular progress reviews.

For any questions about the referral process, please get in touch with our Client Services team at 01483 303649 or client-services@oakleaf-enterprise.org.
