Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised course that helps manage wellbeing and reduce the impact of mental ill-health at work and in life. It trains participants to recognise symptoms, provide initial support, and guide individuals towards help.
We offer flexible training options for all budgets and schedules, benefiting employees, managers, HR professionals, and senior leaders.

2-day Adult MHFA certification course: Next course will be Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th June 2025 at Guildford Borough Council offices, Millmead, Guildford GU2 4BB. £325 +VAT pp and will qualify you as a MHFA Health First Aider.
1-day MHFA Champions course: On request, please enquire. £200 +VAT pp and will qualify you as a MHFA Champion.
Half-day MHFA: On request, please enquire. £125 +VAT pp and is an introductory session to raise awareness of mental health.
Half-day MHFA Refresher course (online): On request, please enquire. £125 +VAT pp, for anyone who has completed a 2-day course over 3 years ago.
Oakleaf offers both bespoke training and shorter mental health awareness sessions to boost employees’ knowledge and confidence in supporting mental health at work and in their personal lives.
