“We are incredibly proud to be founding members of the Mental Health Leaders Network. Mental health is something that affects us all and it’s our duty, as business leaders, to make our team’s wellbeing a priority. And, if we can share ideas and initiatives with other like-minded businesses, then why wouldn’t you?! Charities like Oakleaf have helped make so much progress around mental health, but it still carries a certain stigma and the only way to break that down is to talk about it and make it more mainstream. And that’s exactly what this network does.”
