Journeying Together: Surrey Wide Outreach Programme

Oakleaf, in partnership with Catalyst Support and Hope Hub, is delivering a new Surrey-wide outreach service, funded by the Community Foundation for Surrey. The service offers up to 24 weeks of 1:1, trauma-informed support for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. Please contact the organisation covering your area, as shown below.
For residents of Guildford, East Waverley (Godalming and Cranleigh), and Mole Valley, please refer here:
For residents of Reigate, Banstead, Spelthorne, Runnymede, and Surrey Heath, please visit Hope Hubs website: The Hope Hub
For residents of Elmbridge, Woking, West Waverley (Farnham and Haslemere), and Epsom & Ewell, please visit Catalyst website: Community & Outreach Support in Surrey

Working across all 21 priority neighbourhoods in Surrey, we take a proactive approach by meeting people in their own communities. The service is for adults aged 18+ experiencing two or more areas of disadvantage, including homelessness, substance use, mental health difficulties, criminal justice involvement, or domestic/sexual abuse.

We aim to engage people early, before challenges reach crisis point, while also supporting those already in crisis. You can read our full leaflet here.
