Join Jo for a one-off deeply relaxing meditation session. You will go on a guided visualisation journey to help you find the peace and calm within. Meditation can really help with stress, anxiety, overwhelm and depression and with a regular practise you can start to manage your emotions and feel more in control of your life.

Please note a rose scented essential oil diffuser will be used within this session!
