Join Russell at ‘Men’s Monday’ at Oakleaf, to support one another with issues that may not be discussed in other social settings due to male stereotyping as well as the stigma around mental health. Russell used to be a pub landlord as such he is aware that there are many problems that men face that they may not want to talk about with people in a social setting. With Men’s Monday he hopes to create and environment where you can feel safe enough to move away from superficial ‘bar talk’ and support one another.
