This session is designed for beginners and individuals of all mindfulness experience levels. It offers an opportunity to develop skills in slowing down, nurturing emotional well-being, and building resilience through self-care. As a peer support group, everyone is invited to engage, share, and benefit from the experience. There will be opportunities for discussion, questions, and demonstrations, along with practical exercises using mindfulness tools.
