New to mindfulness?  You’ll learn everything you need to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. If you already have a practice then this course will take your experiential understanding to a whole new level.

After only 8 hours, we hope you will have acquired and self-tailored several ongoing life enhancing practices, and have a powerful new mindset available, which you can consciously use to tame the troubles and tensions within your mind and body, find some inner peace and wellbeing, and really fall in love with living life.

 

Each class will encompass an initial short body settling experience, an explanation of an aspect / principle of mindfulness, short guided state enhancing technique/experience (5-10min), longer guided meditation / visualisation (20-30min), with sharing time after class.

 

Mindfulness helps people recover from anxiety, depression, addictions and numerous other issues, but mindfulness isn’t about recovery from illness, mindfulness is the rediscovery of wellness – learning how to more consciously and, therefore, effectively ride the ups and downs of life.
