Join Kate in learning about the different challenges and experiences people face and how to manage these difficulties. This course will run for 6 weeks, and we will explore positive thinking, low mood, anxiety and fear, anger, self-esteem, managing triggers, and difficult emotions. This will be done through psychoeducation.
Psychoeducation is a therapeutic intervention that provides education and information to people with mental health conditions. It helps them to understand and cope with their illness, improving their mental health and well-being.
