Yoga is a great low impact way of strengthening the physical body as well as being a fabulous way to practice mindfulness. Yoga for All is suitable for all levels of experience from total beginner upwards with optional challenges for the more experienced. The classes have a strong focus on mindfulness, body awareness and core strength. If you have any injuries or are unsure whether this class is suitable for you please contact Oakleaf.
What to bring: wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move without restriction (tracksuit bottoms/leggings ideal), if you have a yoga mat please bring with you.
