Brought to you in partnership with our fantastic sponsor, Kelly’s Storage, the evening will be hosted by Oakleaf’s Patron and award-winning comedian Dave Chawner. Dave is also a best-selling author and mental health advocate. Expect an evening that’s both hilarious and meaningful.
Our headline act, Jonny Awsum, is an award-winning comedian who has captivated audiences around the world with his high-energy performances and distinctive musical comedy. Jonny shot to national fame on Britain’s Got Talent, where his audition went viral, attracting more than 50 million views on YouTube alone.
Opening the evening is the brilliant Ben Norris. Performing stand-up since 1993, Ben is renowned for his effortlessly relaxed stage presence, quick improvisation and expertly crafted material. His television appearances include Mock the Week (BBC One), Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC Two) and They Think It’s All Over (BBC Two).
Completing the line-up is the fantastic Jenny Collier, a multi-award-winning stand-up comedian who has supported both Jason Manford and John Bishop on their UK tours. Winner of the Percy Award at the Adelaide Fringe, Jenny has appeared on The Rhod Gilbert Show (BBC Wales) and The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan Introduces (Channel 4), and has also written for BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz.
