Yoga is an excellent low-impact practice that not only strengthens the body but also offers a wonderful opportunity to cultivate mindfulness. Yoga for All is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to those with more experience, with optional challenges to cater to a variety of abilities. The classes focus on mindfulness, body awareness, and building core strength. If you have any injuries or are unsure if this class is right for you, please don’t hesitate to contact Oakleaf for guidance.
What to bring: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for full movement (tracksuit bottoms or leggings are ideal). If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along. We look forward to practicing with you!
