Our client services department comprises two advisers and two administrators. They cover:

  • Application forms
  • Compiling CVs
  • Writing covering letters
  • Career prospects
  • Interview techniques & practice
  • Professional conduct and personal presentation
  • Signposting to other organisations

You will be sure to find the support you need here. Your adviser will also complete your review every four months to see how you are progressing. One of the advisors will act as your keyworker within Oakleaf and you should feel free to talk to them about changing your training course, increasing attendance days or any other issues which may be affecting your attendance.
