Join us in supporting mental health in your workplace with our special fundraising event: ‘Cups & Conversations’. Host this event in your workplace or virtually anytime. The goal is to bring colleagues together for meaningful conversations about mental health while raising vital funds for Oakleaf.

What’s Included:

  • Guided De-stress Relaxation Session: Enjoy a recorded 30-minute guided de-stress relaxation session with Amanda Weller.
  • Cups & Conversations Welcome Pack: This toolkit includes discussion prompts, mental health tips, activities and stories from Oakleaf clients to inspire meaningful conversations.

Cost to take part: £5 per business or group, which includes the pack and guided relaxation.

You can also purchase exclusive Oakleaf-Branded Coffee, created in partnership with the Cotswold Coffee Collective, with 10% of proceeds going to Oakleaf.

We encourage donations at your Cups & Conversations event by setting up a Just Giving page, which will fund Oakleaf’s mental health support locally. For example:

  • £5 could fund administration expenses for a counselling session
  • £10 could fund a week of art supplies for our weekly art classes
  • £25 could fund a fitness class with an experienced, certified trainer. These classes help Oakleaf clients to rebuild their lives with a stronger sense of wellbeing.

All funds raised will go towards supporting hundreds of individuals who are managing their mental health in Surrey.
