Our online fitness class allows you to stay in the comfort of your own home, whilst also getting your daily exercise. Moving the body is not only good for your physical health but, also your mental health. This class is accessible to everyone and welcomes all levels of fitness. The session will be guided by an experienced Personal Trainer.
