The Mental Health Support Group will run for six weeks offering participants a safe and secure environment to discuss and share their stories and ideas to improve mental health.
The group will be facilitated by Linda, a qualified counsellor with a BSc degree in Social Sciences. She has been working with the Oakleaf Counselling team since 2020. She has also facilitated various other face to face and online groups.
