Topic: Recognising & Building Personal Resilience.
All staff are welcome to join this educational learning session presented by clinical psychologists at Ultimate Resilience with over 40 years’ combined mental health experience.
This workshop will develop your awareness of signs and symptoms of stress. You will gain a greater understanding of the skills and strategies needed to build and maintain personal resilience. We will share with you some key tips for managing stress more effectively and growing emotional resilience. The skills we teach you will help to enhance your capacity to bounce back and thrive at difficult times. Published research shows that these skills have been linked with improved confidence and well-being.
