21 Feb NEWS: Oakleaf Quiz Night 2020
The start of a busy February weekend – 160 supporters and businesses put their general knowledge to the test at St. Catherine’s School in Bramley, taking part in our annual Oakleaf Quiz Night.
Our quizmasters Clive Stone and Eli Beckett did a fabulous job hosting the event. It consisted of 8 Quiz Rounds, a ‘Heads or Tails’ Game, and also a raffle where lots of fantastic prizes were won, including a Samsung Galaxy Tab A! Our volunteer team also treated our guests to a deliciously hearty meal.
We want to thank all of our supporters who donated prizes to our raffle; our volunteers who worked incredibly hard to set up the premises and look after our guests; and everyone else who helped to make our Oakleaf Quiz Night a success. We hope to see more faces next year, old and new, to battle it out for the top of the scoreboard.
It is amazing that overall, we managed to raise a whopping £3,500. Thank you to all of our teams for taking part and showing your support for Oakleaf. A special congratulations to our winning team, Farnham Flyers!
