Coronavirus Emergency Appeal
If you are able to donate to Oakleaf and help us provide much-needed support as funding sources vanish, we would be incredibly grateful—we now need you more than ever. Donate to our Emergency Appeal here.
For up to date information regarding Client Services, please see our Help Guide here.
For tips and resources for looking after your mental health and wellbeing during this difficult time, download our Resource Guide here.
You can also download a Coronavirus Anxiety Workbook here.
We hope everyone is keeping safe and well and if you have any symptoms, including but not limited to a cough or fever, please do go on the NHS website: https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19
In line with the latest Government Advice, all face-to-face Oakleaf services are on hold until further notice, including work-related training.
However, we are providing daily wellbeing activities and other support online and over the phone. If you are an Oakleaf client and would be interested in joining any of these sessions please send an email to Annalise Baker: firstname.lastname@example.org. These activities include:
- Tai Chi
- Fitness/Home workouts
- Virtual choir
- Women’s support group
- LGBTQ+ support group
- Group support sessions, facilitated by a member of client services.
In addition, Client Services are offering 30 minute sessions on the phone. These can be used as a catch up chat, to give advice on how to maintain wellbeing whilst being at home and also to inform you of local support available if you are in need of extra help.
We are currently accepting new referrals; if you are interested in receiving support from Oakleaf for the first time please email email@example.com.
The Guildford Safe Haven remains open for those in crisis between 6pm-11pm every night.
We are constantly reviewing the situation and the services we are able to provide and will of course keep everyone up to date.
We hope everyone is keeping well and safe and if you feel you need any extra support please either email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, alternatively you can call us on 01483 303649 / 07753 255078.
