NEWS: Covid-19 Update on Oakleaf Services
Covid-19 Update: As restrictions continue to lift, we look forward to welcoming back our clients in-person and re-introducing the wide range of face-to-face activities and work-related training we have to offer whilst maintaining our virtual support.
We are currently offering a robust programme of support both online and face-to-face, including wellbeing activities, work-related training, workshops, support groups, one-to-one emotional support and counselling. We continue to increase the variety of our virtual wellbeing activities and workshops and will also continue to expand our in-person offering over the coming months.
From Monday, 17th May Oakleaf HQ is open:
- We will continue to increase the variety of our wellbeing activities and workshops, both online and in-person (visit our Client Calendar)
- IT Courses have returned, with both online and in-person options
- Gardening training has resumed (in-person)
- Upholstery training has resumed (in-person)
- Counselling is being delivered in line what you have agreed with your individual counsellor.

- Tai Chi
- ‘Kickstart’ wellbeing programme
- Fitness/Home workouts
- ActivZone Gym
- Wellbeing Walks
- Craft and Chat workshops
- Mental Health support group
- Financial Foundation workshops
- ‘New Thoughts’ refresher
- Confidence Building
- Positivity Hour
- Wildlife group
- Youth group
- ‘Check in and Chat’ group support sessions, facilitated by client services
- Cooking and Nutrition Workshops
In addition, Client Services are offering 30 minute sessions on the phone. These can be used as a catch up chat, to give advice on how to maintain wellbeing whilst being at home and also to inform you of local support available if you are in need of extra help.
We are constantly reviewing the situation and the services we are able to provide and will of course keep everyone up to date.
We are also currently accepting new referrals; if you are interested in receiving support from Oakleaf for the first time please complete our referral form online here, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Guildford Safe Haven remains open at Oakleaf for those in crisis between 6pm-11pm every night.
